By requesting a virtual dental consultation with Dental Kassar Parra, the patient understands and agrees to the following:

1. Tele-dentistry involves the use of digital photographs and electronic communication to allow the dentist to provide a preliminary evaluation without a physical examination.

2. The patient understands that the dentist will review the photographs submitted and provide general professional guidance and an estimated treatment plan.

3. The patient acknowledges that tele-dentistry has limitations, as it does not include a clinical examination, radiographs, or other diagnostic tests.

4. The patient understands that a definitive diagnosis and final treatment plan can only be determined after an in-person clinical examination.

5. The patient agrees to provide accurate and clear photographs to allow the dentist to perform the best possible preliminary evaluation.

6. The patient understands that all medical and dental information shared during this process will be handled with professional confidentiality.

By submitting photographs and requesting a virtual consultation, the patient confirms that they understand and accept these conditions.

Virtual Consultation Terms

Terms of the Virtual Consultation

1. The virtual consultation service is intended only as a preliminary evaluation based on photographs.

2. Any treatment recommendation or price estimate provided during the virtual consultation is approximate and subject to change after an in-person clinical evaluation.

3. The €3.5 consultation fee covers the professional evaluation of the submitted photographs and preparation of the preliminary treatment estimate.

4. The consultation fee is non-refundable once the evaluation process has started.

5. Dental Kassar Parra reserves the right to decline evaluations if the photographs provided are insufficient for analysis.
